The task of acoustics in this context is to mitigate and manage the noise produced by motorsport events while ensuring the tranquility of the surrounding area.
Acoustic Impact
The wide range of interventions we operate includes Environmental Acoustic Impact, technical feasibility analysis, acoustic barrier design, monitoring, and noise control
studies to reduce the acoustic impact on surrounding areas.
Acoustic Propagation Model
We use acoustic propagation models that allow us to predict how noise will spread in the surrounding environment, taking into account factors such as topography,
vegetation, weather conditions, and vehicle characteristics. This helps identify the areas most affected by noise and assess the effectiveness of the mitigation measures to be adopted.
Identification of Mitigation Measures
Based on the evaluations of the studies, mitigation measures will be proposed to reduce the noise impact generated by the race track.
These measures could include the installation of sound-absorbing barriers, acoustic screens, earth berms, and the adoption of advanced noise reduction technologies.
